To reserve dates, pay half of the rental (ex: rental = $335.00 deposit = $167.50).

• We will not "hold" a trailer for you to call back later.​

Upon pick up

• pay other half of rental plus taxes.

• We will make a copy of your drivers licence and vehicle insurance.

• Sign contract which can be viewed below.

• 2 deposits- these are only kept on file as 2 checks or a credit card and are never initially charged.

  • $100 cleaning- bring it back picked up & DUMPED and you're in the clear. 

  • $500 security​.

What do we provide?​​

• toilet paper.

• one tank of propane.

• hook up hoses.

• leveling blocks.

What you need to provide

• 2 5/16 ball​.

• Linens.

• pots/pans.

We DO NOT allow use of the Awning. We suggest buying an easy up canopy​.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your rental we do not issue refunds. You are given credit towards a future rental and have 1 year from your rental date to use that credit.
